We have a personal trainer on staff that is an integral part of the process. The personal trainer provides education and direction on how to lose and maintain your weight loss. Because we are affiliated with multiple gyms throughout the area, we provide discounts and rewards throughout your progress.
Prior to your personal training, we complete a medical exam, including BMI calculation, blood work, and blood pressure tests. Lastly, we provide an on-site personal consultation with a certified physician. As part of the consultation, we review several different types of nutrition plans that are customized to meet your personal tastes and schedule.
